A natural move after six years in Georgia of continued growth in Commercial Real Estate, Mortgage supported by extensive Consulting and industry experience. This has been an exceptional successful year for his team, strengthened by the momentum of the last few years and successfully leading clients through multiple commercial landscapes. Partnering also is Regina Nekola-Hild who joined our firm as the Associate Broker, DD Lee and Smita Daya, all contributing their wealth of experience, talents, enthusiasm and book of clients. 

SCP alignment with first-rate investors, property owners, developers and architects will build and manage a series of multi-use developments throughout Georgia. Our strategy to source new investments in multiple property types will enhance our ability to continue to enter into new communities, ensuring the flow of new properties in coming years. SCP will serve as "Real Estate Asset Managers" for our investors and clients, helping them acquire, hold and divest their interests. SCP is developing a bridge with Chinese Investors from several provinces to invest in Georgia. SCP will have operations serving both Georgia and several provinces in China.
