Basil Capital, LLC was formed in 2006 to bring back quality, recreate and restore the sense of community and historic value of each community throughout Georgia and surrounding states. We intend to revitalize community economic potential through architectural elements, pride ownership and timelss devlopments at a reasonable price. This should serve the gap between poorly devised projects with no architectural value, low quality construction and poor design. Basil has noticed the extreme waste of construction materials and higher cost of finished product for both the Commercial and Residential arenas. Architects and craftsmen have abandoned the residential side and community historic conservation for many reasons most of which are out of their control and mainly driven by contractors and city/county budget constraints. Basil believes that individuals and investors hand-in-hand with public officials can revitalize communities, improve life and regain pride in home architecture. We believe that we distinguish ourselves from the traditional private investment groups models with our tenacious approach to long-term value creation of property and community that makes us a unique, socially responsible co-investment vehicle for our global real estate operating partners.

Basil created a defined methodology to identify, qualify, measure and determine profitable venues all throughout northern counties in Georgia. This process encompasses most industries, property types and community identities. During 2008 we are proving the concept in these counties and placing a stake in China.
